The Business Analyst (Reports & Analytics) is responsible for supporting reporting, data analysis, and insights generation to drive operational and business decision-making. The role focuses on extracting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, pull, and prepare data from Salesforce and other systems as required
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights
- Support weekly operational reports and recurring reporting deliverables
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other data visualization materials
- Respond to business and client data requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct root cause analysis to explain data variances and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business stakeholders
- Participate in discussions, clarify requirements, and ensure accurate reporting outputs
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data extraction, reporting, and root cause analysis preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and explain insights clearly
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable coordinating and leading discussions with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce reporting is preferred
- Familiarity with Google Suite is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Proactive and able to identify issues and insights independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reporting tasks
