Within GTM Functional Strategy & Operations our team is focused on driving business process changes across tooling, processes, and policies, to facilitate incremental company's productivity and deployment of products &Revenue. This role will be driving GTM process and systems transformation, including system and data analysis, bugs and enhancement and support. As a Business Analyst, the role will lead the administration of our core Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool Kantata (prev. Mavenlink). This platform is central to our management of customer contracts and projects.
What Will You Do:
● Working cross-functionally to investigate and do analysis on system issues
● Work Kantata enhancement queue and drive system changes.
● Create JIRA Tickets for Kantata enhancements
● System and operational workflow management Analysis and Investigation
● Improve business processes through data driven decisions
● Create Mavenlink Reporting and Dashboards
● Provide User and Project Administration
Must Haves:
● System Administration / Service Desk experience
● Data Analytics (Google Sheets/Excel data manipulation, SQL or similar)
● Sales and/or Delivery Operations (or similar)
● Working on ticket management in JIRA
● Operational SLA reporting
● Business requirement and user story documentation
● Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely
Nice to Have:
● SQL and Tableau Experience
● Mavenlink (now Kantata) Experience, NOT Necessary, we will provide all training, but nice if it is
available

● Work Arrangement: Onsite, flexible hours with some overlap between 7 PM to 9 PM (8 AM to 10 AM
CST)
