Job Purpose
Supports the business in analyzing and improving merchandising, inventory, and warehousing processes through business requirements gathering, system enhancements, UAT, and process improvement. Acts as a key liaison between business teams and IT to ensure effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and process improvements.
- Represent the Merchandising team in system projects and initiatives.
- Conduct UAT, prepare test scenarios, document results, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data and provide recommendations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate with IT on system enhancements and implementation.
- Conduct user orientation and training for new and enhanced systems.
- Support projects related to merchandising, inventory, warehousing, promotions, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Process Improvement.
- Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, Merchandising, or Inventory experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles is an advantage.
