Business Analyst

We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives. In this role, you will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and our technical teams. You will be responsible for translating business challenges into technical requirements and ensuring that our emerging technology projects—ranging from predictive analytics to generative AI—align with our strategic goal

s.The ideal candidate understands that AI is only as good as the business problem it solves. You will bridge the gap between our data science teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that complex algorithms translate into tangible business value and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic AI/ML Integration: Identify and evaluate business processes that can be optimized through AI/ML. Work closely with Data Scientists and/or ML engineers to define project scopes, model objectives, and successful metrics.

Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the technical translator, effectively conveying complex technical architecture, model limitations, and data requirements to non-technical leadership

Full Lifecycle Coordination: Lead AI/ML projects from initial feasibility studies and data discovery through to deployment and post-production monitoring.

Requirement Engineering: Develop detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, and process maps that align with both technical capabilities and business goals.

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technology trends (GenAI, LLMs, Predictive Analytics) to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Technical Competencies

Systems & Software: A solid understanding of computer systems, software architecture, and database management.

Emerging Tech: Familiarity with the fundamental concepts of AI/ML (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, or data pipelines).

Education & Experience

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a demonstrated history of working on technology-heavy projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Must be willing to render 8 hrs a day
