Prior experience working in a bank or financial institution
Knowledge on mechanics of FX markets
Knowledgeable with Philippine FX and securities regulations
TCP and SEC certifications are an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Client Query Management: Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries regarding FX transaction settlements, providing clear and concise information and resolving any issues that may arise.
Settlement Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating closely with internal units (e.g., Treasury, Back Office, Compliance) to ensure the accurate, timely, and smooth settlement of all client FX transactions.
Administrative Onboarding & Maintenance: Support the administrative processes for client onboarding, including document collection, system setup, and ongoing maintenance of client records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Marketing & Events Support: Assist with various marketing initiatives and events specifically tailored for our corporate clients, which may include logistical support, preparing materials, and facilitating client engagement.
