As an HR Business Analyst, you are the data-driven heart of our People Team. Your mission is to turn complex HR data into clear, actionable insights that help us hire better, retain top talent, and improve the employee experience. You bridge the gap between Human Resources and Technology, ensuring our HR systems (like Workday or BambooHR) and processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics like turnover rates, time-to-hire, diversity statistics, and headcount. You'll tell the story behind the numbers to help leadership make better people decisions.
- Process Optimization: Audit existing HR workflows (like onboarding or performance reviews) to find bottlenecks. You'll design smarter ways to work that save time for both HR and employees.
- System Administration: Act as the technical expert for our HRIS (Human Resources Information System). This includes managing system updates, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring data integrity.
- Requirement Gathering: When the business needs a new HR tool or feature, you'll interview stakeholders to document exactly what is needed and coordinate with the IT team to build or buy it.
- Compliance & Audit: Perform regular data audits to ensure our employee records are 100% accurate and compliant with labor laws and data privacy regulations (like GDPR).
- Survey Management: Administer employee engagement or exit surveys, analyze the results, and present recommendations on how to improve company culture.
