Job Description

Kroll Business Services (KBS) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Support Operations organization in Manila.

This position is part of Kroll's growing operational center supporting the U.S. business, including the Kroll Government Solutions team and other KBS service lines.

This is a hybrid role that combines business analysis and project management responsibilities. As part of a small, agile team, you will wear multiple hats defining business requirements, coordinating project delivery, and managing a small portfolio of initiatives that enhance efficiency and delivery for one of our smaller service lines.

You'll work directly with U.S.-based business stakeholders and report into the Project Management Office (PMO) within KBS Support Operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both structure and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from U.S. stakeholders and internal KBS teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and/or technical specifications.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to support development and QA.
  • Validate outputs against requirements and support UAT cycles to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage a small portfolio of projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards in tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Document and communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support meetings and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and visibility on action items.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Client Services, Technology, and Operations, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with global team members across the U.S., India, and Manila.
  • Translate technical information into business-friendly communication and vice versa.

Process & Reporting

  • Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement across the service line.
  • Help improve tracking, reporting, and project transparency within the PMO.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 46 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or project management within a professional services or technology-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in tools like Monday.com, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or MS Project.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery or iterative project methodologies preferred.
