Description
We are looking for a
Business Analyst II who will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations. This position goes beyond reporting—it's about leveraging analytics to uncover trends, optimize processes, and enable operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Deliver Insightful Analytics: Provide data-driven analysis and meaningful business insights to support strategic and operational decisions within Supply Chain.
- Maintain High-Quality Reporting: Ensure operational reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.
- Simplify & Automate: Re-engineer reporting processes and implement automation to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to understand key metrics, reporting requirements, and business objectives.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify reporting issues, track resolutions, and proactively enhance reporting tools and processes.
- Support Change Management: Document new report requests and revisions, and partner with development teams to test and validate changes before deployment.
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Rigorously test new and updated reports to meet functional specifications and maintain data integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and information flows.
- Experience in report development, change management, and process simplification.
- Proficiency in data visualization and Tableau

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a business analytics role, with proven ability to work with complex datasets and multiple data sources.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data mining, transformation, and visualization using modern analytics tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to accuracy, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing report improvement and automation initiatives.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.
