Business Analyst II supports Process Mining and Process Excellence initiatives across Business Units by assisting in the analysis, documentation, and testing of business processes and IT solutions. Guided by the Senior Digital Excellence and Optimization Partner, this role contributes to the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals for efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Accountabilities
- Continuity and quality in REPH Scale Process Mining initiatives- including set-up and configuration, data analysis business process analysis, facilitating process discovery sessions
- Document before and after process maps during current state analysis , data insighting and perform benefit impact analysis
- Pipeline Management and Qualification of AI and Automation projects
- Analyze and document business requirements and workflows
- Develop system specifications, process flows, and data conversion strategies
- Create user documentation for technical and functional use
- Adhere to established processes, protocols, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate issues as needed
- Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication and reliable execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT discipline
- At least 5 years of IT business analyst experience ,
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in Process Mining and Power BI Dashboard Development
- Equivalent experience in Business Analysis or Software Testing may be considered
- Internal applicants must be a Certified Automation Practitioner
- Perform current and future-state process mapping and opportunity assessment
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into user stories or functional specs, especially for AI, RPA, and automation initiatives
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Development tools/platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, SharePoint
- Moderate project management, change management, facilitation skills and foundational communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools such as MS 365, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
