Business Intelligence II – Telco Support :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using Power BI, Excel, and similar tools aligned with business metrics
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify BI, reporting, and data analysis needs; fulfill ad-hoc requests and reduce recurring inquiries
- Review and validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness within agreed timelines
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for efficient and scalable reporting; provide data summaries and visualizations
- Develop and maintain documentation for report logic, data sources, and definitions
- Support project initiatives through data-related tasks such as data mapping and dataset creation
- Utilize Excel and apply working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools for data extraction and analysis
- Maintain and support data platforms including SharePoint, Excel, and SQL Server
- Identify reporting issues and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and usability
- Conduct data audits to ensure integrity, access control, and compliance with governance standards
- Prepare and design presentation materials with visuals and insights to support stakeholder discussions and reporting needs
- Act as liaison officer and primary point of contact (POC) for IQOR-wide, Telco events, town halls, and other Telco-related initiatives requiring Business Intelligence (BI) support, ensuring timely delivery of data insights and reporting requirements
