The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-3 years working with datasets from multiple vendors, providers, or platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to explain complex data concepts in clear, non-technical terms
- Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication
- Proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python
- Familiarity with FlatFile or similar data onboarding tools
- Knowledge of donor management, CRM, or nonprofit software platforms
Your Daily Tasks
- Perform data file mapping, transformation, loading, validation, and testing
- Manage project scope, troubleshoot issues, and resolve escalations
- Coordinate sustainer data migrations, including recurring payment transfers from legacy processors and all related client communications
- Guide customers through each stage of the data integration process to ensure projects remain on track and meet key milestones
- Maintain operational schedules and track key client and project data
- Build and document internal processes and workflows
