Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for HR tech solutions.
Airtable Workflow Optimization: Design and maintain Airtable bases to organize HR data, automate processes, and support cross-functional collaboration.
n8n Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows using n8n to integrate HR systems, streamline repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
Python Scripting: Write and maintain basic Python scripts to automate data processing, reporting, or integration tasks within HR tech systems.
Data Management and Reporting: Query and analyze HR data using SQL in data warehouses (DWH) to generate insights, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Jira Board Management: Create, manage, and optimize Jira boards to track project progress, ensure timely task completion, and facilitate agile workflows.
Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain and update documentation in WIKI systems to ensure accurate, accessible, and up-to-date process and system information.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements, progress, and deliverables.
Problem-Solving and Task Management: Identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail — able to break a process into clear steps and spot where it can break.
Good written English and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
A problem-solving, hands-on mindset — enjoys figuring things out and debugging.
Comfortable with no-code / low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar), OR a clear willingness and ability to learn them quickly.
Basic understanding of how systems talk to each other — APIs, webhooks, JSON (or readiness to learn the basics).
SQL skills
A plus: Experience working with n8n, Airtable, and basic Python skills
