Guidewire PolicyCenter / Rating Business Analyst
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)

Exist Software Labs, Inc. is looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter / Rating Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, Guidewire PolicyCenter, Rating, and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and clients to analyze requirements, define solutions, and support successful Guidewire implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter and Rating solutions.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and tracking of Guidewire implementation activities.
- Provide support during implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with Guidewire product capabilities and insurance industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Rating.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business users.
- Experience participating in end-to-end Guidewire implementation projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
