Your Role: As a Business Analyst (Senior), you will:
- Gather and document business requirements for mobile, web, and CRM initiatives.
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and other documentation in Jira/Confluence.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support the team in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
What You Need: Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in Agile delivery, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive clarity in requirements.
