We're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with Finance, Sales, and Technology teams. If you enjoy digging into data, uncovering root causes, and driving meaningful business improvements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our finance and sales reporting processes are accurate, reliable, and continuously evolving to support better business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Finance, Sales, IT, and Data teams to support critical reporting and business processes
• Own and resolve data and reporting issues from investigation through implementation
• Analyze data trends, identify inconsistencies, and drive root-cause resolution
• Support and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Maintain master data quality across customers, products, pricing, and related business domains
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support successful solution delivery
• Drive continuous improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and business value
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance, Sales, Reporting, or Data-related functions
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BW, SAP BO, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of finance and/or sales processes
• Experience investigating and resolving data quality or reporting issues
• Requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management experience
• Experience leading or coordinating UAT activities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership from start to finish
  
  

Nice to Have

• SQL querying experience
• Databricks or similar data platforms
• SAP, Oracle, or other ERP exposure
• Master Data Management (MDM) experience
