Designation: Business Analyst - Enterprise Insights

Job Description:
- Develop and operationalize business dashboards, reports and MIS that help the business leaders monitor their business drivers against goals and understand customer behavior
- Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely data and insights to address control, compliance or regulatory-related requirements including data-related assistance in resolving issues which may impact revenue and the bank's reputation.
- During compliance and external audits, ensure the delivery of data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes
- Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated
- Support Data Warehouse development activities including UAT
- Collaborate with other business units and ensure that outputs are according to business specifications and within standard turnaround time
Required Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of working experience in data related field
- Experience in data extraction, reporting, data analysis
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic background in a quantitative discipline like Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Economics
- Proficient in coding languages such as SQL, Python, R
- Familiar with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Amazon Quicksight High integrity
- Strong analytical and communication skills
