Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and manage requirements documentation and backlog items using Azure DevOps.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and present business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Lead business data analysis initiatives to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather and define reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements.
- Serve as the project's Power BI subject matter expert.
- Develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Validate dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs against business requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
Data Migration Leadership
- Lead end-to-end data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and testing.
- Define migration strategies, success criteria, and data quality standards.
- Facilitate source-to-target mapping workshops with business and technical teams.
- Manage migration risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate migration testing, validation, and user sign-offs.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and audit requirements are incorporated throughout migration activities.
Quality Assurance & Testing Support
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business validation efforts.
- Collaborate with QA teams in developing and validating test scenarios.
- Monitor defects, issues, and resolution progress.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and business expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of Business Analysis experience, including 5 years in a senior-level BA role.
- At least 5 years of experience within banking, financial services, accounting, or related industries.
- Strong experience in business process design, documentation, and process improvement.
- Experience leading data migration initiatives involving complex enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and business reporting.
- Experience supporting quality assurance and application testing activities.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and requirements documentation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- Proven experience managing vendors and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation, digitalization, or modernization programs.
- Experience with document management, workflow automation, or knowledge management platforms.
- Understanding of procurement, contract lifecycle management, or sales/account management processes.
- Experience working within highly regulated or multinational organizations.
