The Associate, Operations Support is responsible for coordinating support tasks related to operations in the organization. This position oversees tasks to completion and report their progress to the operations manager. This position is responsible for communicating with outside partners, and vendors.Performs routine assignments in the entry level of the Professional Career Band. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.

. Minimum of two years of college education. No prior call center experience is required
