Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Devise or modifiy procedures to solve complex problems considering system capabilities, operational constraints, and desired business outcomes.
Perform analysis of business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates them into detailed system requirement specifications.
Influence business stakeholders and service providers regarding priorities, solution options, and vendor/platform selection.
Analyze market, industry, company, and technology trends, along with vendor products, services, and best practices.
Identify and document business strategies, objectives, and key business drivers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Must have at least 5 years of extensive experience in Business Analysis within the cards domain
Has knowledge in COBOL or Mainframe
Good knowledge of relevant business, processes, systems and capabilities
Extensive experience in Stakeholder management and technical requirements gathering
Must be amenable to work on a day or mid shift schedule
Must be amenable to work in the office 5x a week (Makati City).
