Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst, located in Taguig. The individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and performing systems analysis. They will collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions, bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives, and ensure that proposed systems align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Systems Design
• Experience in Process Modeling, Data Modeling, Conceptual Design and Detailed Design
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in Business Analysis and eliciting Business Requirements
• Expertise in transforming business requirements into Conceptual Design and Detailed Design
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to communicate, work, and address with Development Team and QA Team with regards to questions or clarifications on the requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math - Computer Technology/Information Technology, Industrial Engineering - Information Technology, Business Administration - Information Technology, or a related field
• Has a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with technology-driven or software development environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities
