Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must have minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Testing experience. (Non-negotiable)

- Must have actual experience in process domain - Projects such as SAP Replacement or any ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Project Upgrade). (Non-negotiable)

- Must have experience with Ariba. (Non-negotiable)

Job Description
PURPOSE: Serve as a key liaison between business units, ERP implementation partners, and IT during the migration from SAP ECC6 to a cloud-based ERP platform (SAP Grow, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft D365). Challenge current processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and align to global ERP best practices while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job Description:
- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping for Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset Management, etc.
- Identify and recommend elimination of redundant steps, excessive checks, and manual workarounds.
- Work with ERP vendors to validate configurations against business needs and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, drive consensus, and secure sign-off on process designs.
- Embed regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, BIR) into process changes.
- Support data migration mapping, validation, and fit-gap analysis.
