Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking domain expertise and Trust business knowledge. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product owners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support Trust and Wealth Management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and product teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Understand Trust business processes, including trust administration, fiduciary services, and wealth management operations.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Collaborate with technology, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test cases and validating solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with banking regulations, compliance, and risk policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
Required Skills
- Strong Banking domain experience, preferably in Trust business / Wealth Management / Fiduciary services.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Trust lifecycle, account management, trust administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with core banking or wealth management platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trust and fiduciary services.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, SQL, or reporting tools.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
