This position is primarily responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of Business Dashboards and other reporting requirements which are used by management to monitor, evaluate, and forecast business volume and profitability performance of Mass Retail Segment, in line with bank's business growth objectives.
Main Accountabilities
- Development, deployment, and maintenance of Business dashboards and other MIS tools to align with business specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, timely and accurate production of regular and adhoc business MIS requested by business teams to help monitor, evaluate, and forecast business volume and profitability performance.
- Develop business MIS reports through SAS, Excel, or any other similar software based on the agreed upon specifications by business heads and business specialists.
- Properly document reports procedures to ensure consistency on MIS preparation.
- Operationalize existing MIS Dashboard and tactical reports deployment.
- Document business process design as needed for new projects and enhancement to existing projects.
- Continuously develop and build upon existing knowledge of the mass retail business as well as the data stored in company databases.
- Provide quality customer service to the team's internal customers.
- Collaborate with identified internal teams on data requirements needed in generating MIS and analytical tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented; With exposure in data and reports management
