Job Description

Business Analyst role, the expectation is typically:

Lead requirements gathering and validation with business stakeholders
Coordinate business-side requirements across multiple teams and departments
Drive process harmonization and standardization initiatives
Manage stakeholder approvals, signoffs, and governance processes
Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, operations, IT, and project teams
Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support change management, UAT, and implementation activities
Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
