About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining Software Business Analysis and Program Coordination.
You will serve as the bridge between:
- Product and engineering teams building digital tools
- External partners or program stakeholders using those tools in real-world environments
Your success will depend on your ability to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions and ensure adoption happens smoothly.
What You'll Do
On the Product / Digital Platform Side
- Gather and translate real-world operational needs into clear product requirements
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define features, user flows, and priorities
- Focus on finding ways to reach a global audience and partners especially in areas we are not physically present with the use of technology
- Anticipate possible challenges of the app and be able to suggest solutions
- Help ensure the platform remains intuitive, practical, and aligned with user needs
- Gather requirements from schools, field teams, and program operations and translate them into clear product requirements for the mobile app, back office, and dashboard
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Support testing (UAT) and ensure features work in real operational settings
- Use analytics tools (e.g., PostHog or similar) to understand user behavior and propose improvements
On the Program / Operations Side
- Lead and create onboarding and implementation across multiple stakeholders or partner organizations
- Deliver digital sessions and support materials for platform users
- Coordinate with local partners and teams to ensure schools remain engaged
- Track progress, identify risks early, and proactively solve challenges
- Collect structured feedback and convert insights into program and product improvements
- Standardize processes and documentation to enable scalability
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with schools across different countries
What We're Looking For
- 3 years experience in a Software Business Analysis with Program Manager capabilities, or similar cross-functional role
- Experience with mobile apps is
- Strong documentation, process mapping, and workflow design skills
- Experience coordinating with external partners (schools, communities, educational organizations, NGOs, or institutions is a strong advantage)
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable working across different cultures and countries
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Organized, proactive, and systems-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Passion for impact-driven work, education, community programs, or mission-led organizations is a plus
