Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
• Conduct requirements walkthroughs and support project teams during development and testing.
• Evaluate and improve business processes and maintain process documentation.
• Manage requirement updates and change requests.
• Create and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and sessions.
• Prepare user guides, procedures, and adoption materials for new tools and features.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and approval of requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Telecom industry knowledge is an advantage.
