Job Description

Business AnalystJob Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document Business User Requirements (BUR)
Conduct meetings and walkthrough sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
Prepare and maintain business requirements documentation
Review business processes and identify areas for improvement
Create and update process documents (L4)
Ensure requirements and project documents are updated and stored properly
Support development and testing teams by clarifying business requirements
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC process
Handle change requests and update affected documentation
Create and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts and sessions
Prepare user guides, policies, procedures, and training materials
Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams

Job Qualifications

College graduate, preferably IT-related course
At least 1 year of work experience as a Business Analyst or related role
With hands-on experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledgeable in Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies
Knowledgeable in business requirements gathering and documentation
Experience in UAT and process improvement is an advantage
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
