The Business Analysis and Reporting Officer is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering timely business and management reports that support informed decision-making. The role provides an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to financial analysis, management reporting, business performance, and banking operations.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, financial analysis, management reporting, or related finance functions.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Banking experience is an advantage but not required.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly business and management reports.
- Analyze financial and business information and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial and business reports.
- Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and parameters based on evolving business requirements.
- Coordinate with Corporate Planning, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Controllership teams on financial results, budgets, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in assessing the impact of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements on business operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of reports and related financial information.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
