Clinovation Corp. is looking for a Business & Healthcare Operations Analyst who will work directly with our Chief Operating Officer. This is not a role where you simply refresh reports and send spreadsheets. You will help senior leadership understand what is happening across the business, why performance is changing, and where attention is needed. You will become our client's analytical right hand.

What You Will Do

• Pull reports from multiple systems and reconcile the numbers.
• Clean, validate, and combine data from multiple sources.
• Write and validate SQL.
• Build and improve dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Analyze trends, performance, productivity, conversion, backlog, scheduling, cancellations, service levels, and other operating metrics.
• Identify reporting logic and data-quality problems.
• Explain what changed, why it matters, and what leadership should consider doing next.
• Prepare data and commentary for executive reviews and board presentations.
• Support forecasting and ad hoc analysis.
• Analyze clinic, patient, scheduling, financial, revenue-cycle, contact-center, and operational performance.
• Reduce manual reporting through automation and reusable workflows.
• Use AI responsibly to improve reporting productivity.

We Do Not Want Someone Who Only Reports Numbers

A strong candidate will see that a KPI changed and ask why. You will investigate whether the change is caused by true operating performance, incomplete data, a date-range issue, a status-mapping change, a denominator problem, a reporting defect, or another business driver. We want someone who challenges numbers before leadership has to.

What You Need to Bring

• 3–6 years of relevant business, operations, BI, reporting, healthcare, revenue operations, workforce, finance, contact-center, or BPO analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Working SQL capability, including joins, aggregations, CASE logic, and basic CTEs.
• Hands-on dashboard experience in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar tool.
• Experience reconciling data from multiple systems.
• Strong business judgment and root-cause analysis skills.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Confidence working directly with U.S.-based senior leaders.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to challenge data that does not reconcile.

AI Experience Is Important

We want someone who already knows how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot to work faster and smarter. You may use AI to assist with SQL, formulas, analysis, dashboard ideas, documentation, executive summaries, or process improvement — but you must independently validate the result.

• Understand that AI-generated output is not the same as a verified business conclusion.
• Know when confidential information cannot be used in a public AI tool.

Important: PHI, patient-identifiable information, payer-contract information, proprietary financial data, and confidential company information may not be entered into public AI tools unless explicitly approved under company policy.

Strong English Is Required

You will work directly with U.S.-based leadership. You must be comfortable speaking in meetings, asking questions, presenting findings, writing professional summaries, explaining complex information simply, and respectfully challenging a number when something does not look right.

Work Schedule

This position works Monday–Friday on U.S. Eastern Time. You must be able to work a consistent 8-hour schedule that falls between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.U.S. Eastern Time. The exact schedule will be agreed upon at hire.

Location

We prefer someone located in or near Cagayan de Oro. Ideally, the selected candidate will work onsite for the first 30–60 days to learn our business, systems, teams, and reporting environment. After onboarding, the role may transition to hybrid or remote work. We are also open to fully remote candidates anywhere in the Philippines if they are the right fit.

Compensation

₱55,000–₱75,000 per month. We may consider up to ₱85,000 per month for an exceptional candidate who can independently pull and reconcile multi-source reports, write and validate SQL, build strong dashboards, explain business drivers, produce executive-quality analysis, and use AI tools responsibly to improve reporting productivity.
