Business Acceleration Manager

Job Description

Responsible for the end-to-end development, commercialization, and deployment of Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) products. The role converts technical engineering concepts including Solar PV, HVAC optimization, Power Quality, and Storage—into standardized, bankable financial models such as Shared Savings and Subscription-based energy. It leads the transition of pilot projects into scalable service offerings by establishing necessary technical, legal, and financial frameworks. The position also serves as the primary link between Engineering and Sales teams to ensure product viability and market alignment within the RCOA and 100kW contestable space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; must be a Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• 5–8 years of experience in the energy sector (ESCO, Renewable Energy, or Power Retail) with a focus on product or service launches.
• Proven experience in on-site engineering and power system operations.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, P&L management, sensitivity analysis, and project financing.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership or project management.
• Strong proficiency in technical solution design and commercial contract development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
