Job description:

Repair, and maintain company properties
Sanitize and clean company properties (example: restrooms, lobby, elevators et.)
Comply with company health and safety protocols
Comply and ensure house rules (report any observed violations)
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed
Report any necessary repairs or replacements
Assist on administrative client support (tenants)
Serve as a liaison for external dealings
Serve as a Laundry driver reliever

Minimum Qualifications

Good communication (speaking, reading, and writing)
Knowledge for any of the following is a plus (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety)
Highly skilled in cleaning rooms, lobbies, and other interior and outside areas
Ability to maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
Team player and has a strong ability to motivate others and resolve conflicts
Professional appearance and extremely friendly approach
Work well with managers, guests, and coworkers
Excellent in customer service
