Lead a team of engineers, officers and supervisors.
Responsible in managing the building operations in terms of security, housekeeping and groundskeeping, and overall equipment functionality.
Prepares and recommends the annual OPEX and CAPEX budget and ensure that expenses are within approved budget.
Ensure that utilities and services are paid on time, as well as other services rendered to the building by third party service providers and vendors.
Ensure compliance to all LGU, BFP, DENR, DOE, DOLE and DOH requirements including permits and licenses to operate.
Attend to the needs of the tenants and provide solutions to the various concerns that arise within acceptable timelines.
Proactively reach out to other key departments to achieve the departmental objectives and targets.
Reports to the Cluster Manager and Head of Operations.
Qualifications
Candidate must have a background in engineering management, accounting and finance, and administration.
Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Architect, or CPA. Business Administration, Engineering Management, or Industrial Engineering graduates with experience in similar fields are welcome to apply.
Experience of at least 5 years in administration and management, preferably of a building, office, plant, an estate, or similar properties
