Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the overall engineering operations, maintenance, safety, and technical management of the property to ensure efficient building operations and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily building engineering and maintenance operations.
- Supervise engineering personnel, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
- Monitor building equipment performance, utilities, and energy efficiency programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and building codes.
- Lead troubleshooting, repairs, emergency response, and technical inspections.
- Prepare engineering reports, maintenance schedules, operational budgets, and project updates.
- Coordinate renovation, repair, and fit-out activities within the property.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer required.
- At least 6–10 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or property operations.
- Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, preventive maintenance, and building operations.
- Excellent leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
