Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the engineering operations, maintenance, safety, and technical services of the hotel and residential property to ensure efficient and uninterrupted building operations aligned with Rockwell standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily engineering and building maintenance operations.
- Supervise engineering staff, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
- Monitor utilities, equipment performance, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance standards.
- Lead troubleshooting, repairs, emergency response, and technical inspections.
- Prepare engineering reports, maintenance schedules, and operational budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer required.
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or hotel engineering operations.
- Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, preventive maintenance, and building operations.
- Excellent leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
