Requirements

Educational Qualifications:Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field.
Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related area.
Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in handling basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Qualities and Traits:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:Ability to perform physical work and work in various conditions, including outdoors.
