- Reports to the Building Administrator
- Operates, installs, and services common building equipment
- Undertakes regular preventive maintenance and repairs of all building-related items
- Records all utility meter readings for building and tenants
- Assists the Building Administrator and Technical Group in all technical matters
- Implement necessary routine maintenance works in accordance with the 52- week Preventive Maintenance Program
- Assists in tenant space audit and turnover
- Monitors, reports, and rectify equipment and/or machine troubles
- Assists and monitors contractor PM services works
- Do various building corrective maintenance works like, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, Fire Detection Alarm System (FDAS) & Fire Protection System, plumbing, auxiliary, carpentry, masonry, and other civil works
- Respond to any tenant concerns as assigned by the Property Management Officer
- Ensure proper upkeep of projects and equipment areas.
- Escalate safety issues and equipment breakdowns to Property Management Officer
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as required by the Building Administrator in order to accomplish work-related deliverables.
Requirements
- TESDA -trained or Tech-voc Graduate (must have TESDA Training Certificate).
- At least 2 years of experience
- With commendable work ethics and behavior.
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, 6 days per week, shifting schedule
- Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized.
