Building Maintenance (Multiskilled) CONDOMINIUM - QUEZON CITY
TESDA TRAINING CERTIFICATE
With Experience
Corrective / Reactive Maintenance: Repairs done after something breaks (like fixing a leaking pipe, patching a broken window, or repairing electrical wires).
Emergency Maintenance: Urgent, unplanned fixes for sudden safety risks or major system failures (such as a burst water pipe or a total power outage).
Salary Range - Minimum PHP 19,690.4
Work Schedule - 6 days a week
Work Location - Quezon City
