Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergencies.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid major repairs.
Assist in emergency repairs as needed.
