Building Engineer | Mactan

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential property facilities.
• Establish and implement programs to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and elevator systems.
• Maintain detailed records and checklists of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
• Provide support to property management and residents in addressing facility-related concerns.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Management, or any related 4-year course.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Building Engineer.
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
