Job Description

  • Coordinates the technical and operational aspects of a project, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable engineering standards.
  • Develop project plans, work schedules, technical procedures, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and site teams.
  • Monitor progress against schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Manage project documentation, such as reports, drawings, RFIs, method statements, submittals, and change records.
  • Support procurement by preparing technical specifications, evaluating quotations, and following up on materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, environmental requirements, permits, codes, and company procedures.
  • Attend project meetings and communicate progress, delays, technical concerns, and action items.
  • Support commissioning and handover, including testing, punch-list closure, as-built drawings, manuals, and client acceptance.
