JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Required)
- At least 1 year working experience in related field. (Required)
- Well versed when it comes to different building equipment
- Analyzation of Electrical System
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in National Building Code Based Requirements.
- MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Detail oriented
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide twice a year comprehensive audit it involves Architecture, Landscaping and Housekeeping, Reliability of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, renewal of Permits and Licenses and Service Contracts.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct twice a year comprehensive in all managed properties. It involves Architecture, Landscaping and Housekeeping, Reliability of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, renewal of Permits and Licenses and Service Contracts.
- Monitor and closure of Critical, Major and Minor audit findings.
- Reporting of audit findings to the Operations and Business Development Team based on agreed schedule.
- All other related duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
