Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Compostela for a Building and Outside Maintenance and Plumbing Supervisor. The role involves supervising building maintenance activities, managing plumbing systems, and ensuring efficient facilities operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing repairs, conducting regular inspections, addressing maintenance issues, coordinating with teams for service improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction with facility-related services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Having a PRC license is a great advantage.
• With at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
