Job Description

As the Building Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and the comfort of our employees and visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and improvements
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing building access, room bookings, and inventory control
  • Respond to and resolve any issues or inquiries from building occupants in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to develop and implement strategies for improving building efficiency and sustainability
  • Provide regular reports on the building's performance and maintenance activities

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Administrator/Property Manager or in a similar property management role; Experience with office buildings is a advantage
  • Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in using building management software and other relevant technologies
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
  • Can start immediately
