Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the building and ensure all facilities are functioning properly
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams
  • Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and preventive maintenance
  • Act as main contact for tenants; handle concerns and service requests promptly
  • Work with contractors for repairs, maintenance, and fit-out activities
  • Monitor tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renovations in line with building policies
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
  • Prepare basic reports on operations, maintenance, and tenant concerns

Qualifications

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • 45 years of experience in building operations, facilities, or property management
  • Background in commercial buildings and tenant coordination
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Good communication skills; able to deal with corporate tenants
