Job Description

  • Building Administration
  • Serves as resource person during project negotiation related to facilities under building administration maintenance and installation;
  • Supervise project implementation under building administration for simple building renovations and upkeep;
  • Ensure that the quality standards required for every project, repair and maintenance supervised are met;
  • Ensure quick response for in-house repair and maintenance requests;
  • Implements yearly maintenance plans for building safety and security;
  • Applies for all governmental requirements related to building administration;
  • Prepare and send reports for facility maintenance-related issues, concerns and resolutions
  • Material Supply & Utility Consumptions, Service Providers, and Housekeeping
  • Prepare and review Request for Payment (RFP) for material supplies, utilities and service providers of building maintenance services;
  • Monitor the material supplies and utility consumptions;
  • Oversee every activity, project, repair and maintenance rendered by the service-providers and/or contractors and provide real time updates;
  • Consistently monitor service-providers and/or contractor's performance;
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the building and premises;
  • Perform manpower coverage review for housekeeping services;
  • Monitor housekeeping staff performance
  • Safety & OSH/COSH Compliance
  • Prepare necessary incident reports for any work facility equipment malfunction;
  • Coordinate the incidents to Facilities Manager and the resolution once resolved;
  • Ensure execution of Company compliance requirements to workplace safety policies and procedures;
  • Implement COSH requirements for all supervised construction or renovation works;
  • Conducts safety orientation to all personnels of contracted providers;
  • Actively collaborate with Health and Safety Committee;
  • Ensure contractor compliance to DOLE-OSH rules and regulations

4. Performance Management

  • Delegate and supervise workload assignments for building admin. assistants and maintenance staff;
  • Assess work progress and actual performance of each direct report;
  • Facilitate coaching requirements;
  • Ensure reports are submitted on time;
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
  • Licensure: Board passer in Mechanical Engineering
  • 40-hours BOSH Training Completion for Safety Officers (SO2) is required
  • With at least 3 years of experience as Building Administration Officer
  • Must have intermediate skills in AutoCAD, Project Management, and Project Design and Costing
