The Building Administration Officer supervises maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities, and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness that are crucial for the business to achieve its strategic and financial goals.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or any business-related course.
Experience Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of work experience in building/property administration or the same field.
- Must have working knowledge in building/property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services.
- Can perform with minimum supervision, willing to work on a flexible schedule.
