- Strong proficiency in MS Office Programs
- Strong analytical skills

Description
- Gathers all the pertinent data and information needed in processing the periodic cost reports
- Checks and validates correctness of data
- Processes periodic cost reports and prepares the PowerPoint report presentations
- Conducts periodic cost reviews together with the proponents and immediate superior, and prepare report of the cost review conducted
- Processes annual budget and validate assumptions, compute or revise planned amount
- Monitors budget of respective department before approval of certain request for payment and advances
- Keeps records, reports, data and information with utmost confidentiality
