Role Overview:
You will responsible for managing the standardized budgeting processes and coordinating with business units to create annual budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs management accounting system based on economic drivers
- Develop understanding of variance and drivers of ARPU
- Reviews and reconciles the annual operating and cash budget worksheets, forms and instructions for business units
- Forecast budgets and manage intra-year budgets against forecasts
- Lead yearly corporate planning exercise
- Work with the business owners to produce budgets, continually developing the forecasting and budgeting schedules and communicating the key points and assumptions to the business, and fully understanding risks and opportunities
- Manages the operations and processes of the budget function.
- Ensure standardized capital budget process, policies, systems and controls are implemented
- Ensures systems utilized for capital and operating budgets and reporting are efficient, functional and standardized where appropriate. Guide implementation of new and/or upgraded systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- Advanced degree and/or CPA is preferred.
- At least 10-15 years of overall finance experience.
- Experienced in a senior management capacity or as a Department Head is highly preferred.
Working condition:
- Must be amenable to report 100% on-site in our BGC office.
