Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Reviews all billing-related charges, ensures completeness and accuracy versus current building occupancy, and timely submission to Billing & Collection
  • Analyzes budget cost assumptions if within current, actual figures
  • Assists PMD and BMD in the preparation of the variance analysis report – actual versus budget per project to present the financial status of the project
  • Collects and analyzes data:
  • Standardization/alignment of CAPEX and OPEX Budget
  • Review of cost and system controls deficiency, if any
  • Audit and monitoring of expenses
  • Prepare and monitor monthly CAPEX and OPEX disbursement and forecast
  • Ensure that budget line items are categorized in its proper expense code in SAP/S4HANA
  • Assists in budgeting and forecasting activities

Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably CPA
  • Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, other Business/Finance-related courses
  • Financial analysis, Auditing
  • At least three (3) years work experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP/S4Hana, Windows, MS Office, written and oral English; with good analytical and coordination skills
