The role is responsible in supporting the Trade Marketing Group in achieving all required budget and financial services reports deliverables as identified and is responsible for the execution of identified functions.
Functions
A. Financial Services
- Manage and oversee budget consumption, accruals, cash forecast, cash flow of the entire Trade Marketing Budget from Headquarters up to the regional level per budget line item
- Monitoring of monthly service confirmation, goods receipt, ageing payables of the entire Trade Marketing Budget from Headquarters and the regions.
- Review and recommends revisions on consolidated Trade Marketing Budget template in HQ and the regions when necessary
B. Target Setting
- Provide necessary data required to establish targets to support Trade Marketing strategies and direction
- Assist in defining targets (Brand Activations, Visibility and Merchandising Programs, etc.) as required by the department
- Prepares Cost Benefit Analysis for Trade Marketing Brand Activations Team covering major events and campaigns
c. Budget
- Prepares and Process Request for Payment for Trade Marketing
- Ensure timely release of payments for the submitted RFPs
- Monitoring of contracts for projections of vendor payments
D. Process Management
- Establish and review Commission Scheme matrix, processes and policies
- Work with IT Department for Commission System optimization improvement initiatives
E. Reports
- Provide weekly and bi-weekly report (BAU and Ad Hoc) as basis of Activations and Visibility impact reports including summary of discrepancies
F. Support the team in any reporting requirements based on the assigned task/s
G. Responsible in ensuring adherence to all operational processes of the team
H. Responsible in achieving all identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Trade Marketing Managers / Head Sales
I. Performs any other duties and responsibilities in support of the Trade Marketing Group and direction and strategy.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Collegiate degree preferably in business management, accountancy, economics, actuarial science or any related course.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent analytical skills. Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Detail orientated. Ability to deal with stressful situations.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Sales Operations and Data Analytics preferably in a Telco or FMCG set up.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Tagalog
- Ability to clearly cascade ideas and results to sales and other functional teams to ensure proper utilization of analytical solution
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
- Have broad knowledge of functional areas such as risk management, time management, expense management, procurement management, overall management, scope management, communication management, and human resources management, etc.
